Why GVFred? 

To continuously provide opportunities that empower Fredericton youth at a local level, while increasing representation in Global Vision’s programs.

What is GVFred?

GVFred is a motivated network of young professionals. GVFred offers valuable professional experiences: skills development opportunities, mentorship, and connections to local leaders.

How does GVFred work?

GVFred organizes an annual program that brings like-minded youth leaders from the Greater Fredericton region together to further their leadership skills while making an impact in the local community, enabling participants to be leaders of today and prepare for national and international opportunities through Global Vision. The goal of the program is to:

  • Form connections to local leaders from business, government, and community for mentorship and network-expanding activities
  • Enable peer to peer mentorship
  • Provide skills development opportunities through Global Vision programs and special workshops and events led by local leader
