Global Vision Programs – Take Action Today
Global Vision is well regarded within business, government, and community circles for their quality program which grants students the opportunity to gain international experience through hands on learning. Both through programs at the local level and other programs at the International level. In 2010 Prime Minister Stephen Harper chose Global Vision to be the official host of MY SUMMIT 2010 G8 G20. “Producing Global Leaders Since 1991″, Global Vision worked with the Government of Canada to deliver a unique leadership opportunity for youth from Canada and G20 countries, as Canada played host to the G8 and G20 Summits.
For most Global Vision youth, their journey will start at the Global Leaders Centre, which below is indicated as phase one. Sometimes other programs, such as going Global, or the Pan Atlantic Youth Forum will be held. In these cases that program would be the starting point for these students.
As with the G8 and G20 Summits, on a nearly annual basis Global Vision is contacted by the Canadian government to send teams to a variety of different international events and summits. In this past these have included Team Canada Trade Missions, the Inter American Development Bank Summit, and the APEC CEO Summit.
